until you recognize that the Most High is ruler over the realm of mankind, and bestows it on
whomever He wishes.”

Despite the many judgments Yahweh has brought upon mankind to humble them, Satan is ever able
to turn men back again to pride, rebellion, and wickedness. Wherever men have gathered together in
large numbers they have built towers. The great cities of the nations are marked by their “sky
scrapers,” their immense high-rise towers that are constructed to create a name for the builders, the
occupants, and the cities in which the towers reside.

I have made mention of Macon, Georgia, the Masonic city that I lived in for some time. The
Freemasons who laid out the city plan intentionally modeled it after Babylon. More than a century
after Macon’s founding the influence of Freemasonry, the guardians of the Babylonian mystery
religion, continued to be felt in the city as one its tallest buildings up until that time was constructed.
This tower today holds offices for the city of Macon. Approaching this building, I was often
captivated by its resemblance to a ziggurat. Significantly, there are thirteen floors, or levels, to this
building.
