complacent in accepting all injury and suffering as being the will of God. In all things we
need the mind of Christ. We are called to walk by the Spirit. Let us press in to know His
mind regarding the experiences of our lives. We have a loving Father, and He will not leave
us without direction.
What the Scriptures do reveal is that Yahweh does afflict His people. He wounds, and
He heals. He tears us, and He bandages us. There is an afflicted path that leads to life.
Yahweh’s Spirit will guide all faithfully down that path who will yield their lives to follow
in the steps of Christ.

II Corinthians 4:17
For momentary, light affliction is producing for us an eternal weight of glory far
beyond all comparison...
