The school system refused to notify Mr. Parker of their intent to teach pro-homosexual lessons to
his son. When he refused to leave the meeting without a guarantee, he was arrested and spent the
night in jail. Superintendent of schools, Paul Ash, stated that the school district has no obligation
to provide parental notification of such lessons because they are not about “human sexuality,” but
rather about “tolerance and respect.” Yet, these lessons are clearly promoting the view that same
sex unions are normal and wholesome.

This week, Jerry Brown, the governor of the State of California, approved legislation that would
subject the children of the state’s public schools to gross sexual immorality. Assembly Bill 1266
th
was approved by the state’s governor, and signed into law on August 12 , 2013. Among its
provisions is the following statement.

A pupil shall be permitted to participate in sex-segregated school programs and activities,
including athletic teams and competitions, and use facilities consistent with his or her gender
identity, irrespective of the gender listed on the pupil’s records.

This means that if a girl says she is a boy, she can participate in boy’s sports, or gym activities,
and use the same dressing rooms and bathrooms as the boys. The same is true if a boy says he is
a girl. It does not matter what gender he actually is, or that his school records identify him as a
boy. He is permitted to participate in girl’s activities and use their dressing rooms and bathrooms.
California has truly become as Sodom and Gomorrah. The rest of the nation will soon follow suit
